The Colerain Chamber of Commerce presents the Business Hall of Fame Award to individuals or organizations recognized by their community and peers for outstanding business practices and community involvement.

Robert (Bob) Clippard was the Chamber's 2017 inductee. Bob served as Executive Vice President at Clippard until he retired in 2014 after 46 years at the family firm. While leading a successful business, Bob was also instrumental in developing the Clippard YMCA. To this day, he has continued to support the Y's programs.

Throughout the years, Bob has also supported the Colerain Police and Fire departments, and played a role in the Colerain Businesses Against Crime Task Force. He too was among local leaders who advocated for Colerain Township's Community Resource Center. Local schools have received Bob's support as well. To this day, he continues to contribute to the Northwest Local School District and Butler Tech.

Colerain Township is Bob's home, and it's where friends and colleagues know him for his friendly personality and endearing sense of humor. Bob raised five children in the Township and today those children and grandchildren continue to thrive in the community. He appreciates organizations like the Colerain Chamber because it helps bring people together further building a sense of community.
