In order to properly use this trainer, you must have an available air supply of approximately 40 psig
(higher pressure may be used, but not to exceed 125 psig). The trainer is equipped with two pressure
regulators. Both of these regulators have a pressure range of 0-40 psig, but can operate with an input
supply up to 125 psig.
If you need to order replacement components for this Trainer, call Clippard Instrument Lab for the name
and phone number of a local distributor, or order the components online at www.Clippard.com. The fittings
included in this kit perform best with the gaskets supplied or an anaerobic "threadlocker"
sealant.

Caution:
At 40 psig, the cylinders will generate up to 18 pounds of force, which can cause injury to
fingers. Exercise good practices to keep hands clear of cylinders in motion. In all cases connect
your air supply to the sleeve valve inlet (SLV-3), and the filter outlet (MAF-1) to one of the regulators
(MAR-1-4). This will insure that a maximum of 40 psig is provided to all components. Connecting an air
supply of 125 psig directly to a cylinder (or valve that supplies the cylinder) can result in a force
output of up to 55 pounds, which may cause more severe injury.
